WE ID EVERYBODY. 0 to 150, everybody. Rather than attempt to differentiate who looks over or under a certain age (at the risk of offending people who may be sensitive about their appearance) we have found it simpler and most polite to ask everyone for proper identification. Therefore, you MUST present a valid, current (not expired) form of ID prior to consuming our wines.

Beginning June 1, 2014 we are no longer able to accept groups over 16 people. ALL groups must have a pre-approved reservation as we are no longer able to accommodate drop-in limos and busses. Weekend group reservations are limited to the hours of 11:00 AM through 3:00 PM.

Notaviva would be delighted to host your group visit. We pride ourselves on our warm hospitality and friendly atmosphere. It is our pleasure to provide you with an enjoyable, educational outing for the responsible consumption of wine and your considerate participation in our music and special events. However, we do maintain an appropriate code of conduct to ensure the safety of our patrons, staff, and community as well as our adherence to Virginia ABC laws.

Per Virginia ABC law and our business philosophy, Notaviva Vineyards LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for serving intoxicated patrons.
